| Riptides Soccer Tryouts For Spring 2010 Minuteman Lane Fields The Riptides play challenge level soccer against teams from eastern North Carolina through the Down East Soccer Club (www.downeastsoccer.com). The goal of Riptides Soccer is to promote individual player development within the team concept. The Spring season begins on February 13. Team membership is through tryout only. The Riptides play as affiliates of the New Bern Area Soccer Association. All players, teams, and coaches are registered with the North Carolina Youth Soccer Association. Referees are USSF certified. Registration: Begins 15 minutes before each session. All players must have a tryout
release form signed by a parent or guardian in order to participate in the tryouts.

Equipment: Players should bring a soccer ball and wear appropriate footwear, shin

Tryouts for U-14 Boys will be Sunday, December 6 @ 2 pm The U-14 Boys team is a new team for the Spring 2010 season. The team will play in the Down East Soccer Club with other teams from eastern North Carolina. Players born after July 31, 1995 are eligible to try out. |
